How are products measured?

Dimensions of bags, pouches and boxes are listed in the following order:
Width x Depth x Height.

As for round containers, their dimensions are listed in the following order:
Diameter x Height.

Most dimensions reflect actual usable space.

Can I get samples of your products?

We welcome your sample requests! We will send up to $5.00 worth of product for free, all you pay for is the shipping. Sample orders over $5.00 will be charged the per item price plus shipping. We invite you to contact us with your sample request. Alternatively, you may visit our showroom where most of our products can be found on display.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we gladly invite you to our walk-in showroom where you will find most of our products on display. Our showroom is located in our Montreal office. Our showroom address and opening hours may be found here.

Can you customize products?

Many of our products can indeed be customized. We also offer hot stamping and printing for many of our products as well as custom labels. We can also source a remarkably wide range of boxes, bags, ribbons etc., aside from those displayed on our website. So if you've stumbled across a certain style that you liked somewhere on the internet or on Pinterest, just send us a picture or description of what you are looking for and chances are we will be able to offer it to you.

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to customers in Canada, the USA as well as to international customers.

How do you calculate shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout based on your order's subtotal and on your location. Before you reach the payment screen, you will go through a checkout screen which will confirm the shipping charge for your order. Please find below a chart breaking down how our shipping rates are calculated. Please note that certain exceptions apply to remote areas which are not serviced by our regular carriers, in which case you will be notified prior to your order being processed. Also, please note that in cases where the shipping cost is much higher than estimated online, we will get in touch with the customer prior to sending out their order in order to let them know the adjusted cost of shipping.

Will I get notified if one of the items is on backorder?

If one of the items in your order happens to be on backorder, you will be contacted within 1 business day of placing your order and provided with the delivery time for that item. Please let us know if that item cannot be restocked in time to meet your needs. In such a case, we will offer to remove the item from your order or – if you prefer – to send the rest of your order first and then send the backordered item on a second shipment as soon as we receive it in stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

When will my order ship out?

Orders are normally shipped out within 1-2 business days of the order date. Items on backorder are usually shipped out within 4-10 business days of the order date.

Once my order has shipped out, when will I receive it?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, it will usually arrive to you within 1-6 business days depending on your location. Quebec, Ontario and New-Brunswick customers can typically expect a transit time of 1-2 business days whereas British-Columbia and Newfoundland customers can expect a transit time of approximately 5-7 business days. Customers in remote locations should add 2-3 days to the above estimates. USA and international customers can respectively expect transit times of 3-6 and 10-15 business days.
